Hello, After filling it with liquid soap it doesn't work. I see little bubbles when I look inside after removing the glass. It looks like the hole is blocked. What can I do about this?
I had the same problem with a viscous soap. At first I only diluted a little soap with water, pumped a couple of times and as soon as the mechanism had no more air it should also pump viscous soap without any problems.
The liquid soap started flowing out of the dispenser after I had turned on the pump about twenty times, then waited 1 hour, then turned it on again about ten times, waited another 30 minutes and finally the liquid soap came out. It's possible that this problem stems from the fact that I hadn't poured much liquid into the dispenser at the start, because the second dispenser I installed, which was completely full of liquid, worked much more quickly than the first. Otherwise I never added extra water (which I wanted to avoid so as not to damage the soap and the machine). Here you are
