Hello, during first installation , i can not connect RTK station to base . If I scan the qrcode or write it I have error- failed to add (check whether the pairing code is complete..)

is the blue light constantly lit on both? if not, postpone until both indicator lights are constantly lit. make sure that the bluetooth connection is established. then it should work.
