Hello everyone I have recently installed the radio in my vw polo 2003 and it works perfectly. But every time i restart the car it resets to factory settings. Can anyone help me?

I had the same problem. Something was connected incorrectly. A car electrician was able to help me. It took him about 10 minutes.
