Hello Galaxus team Can you please tell me clearly what the interface on this device is? Most of the pictures show a serrated hose barb, one picture shows a gas thread. The instruction manual states that there is a 1/2' connection thread. In the questions and answers, some users describe that a hose and pressure reducing valve were supplied - others do not. Which is correct? Would like to buy the product - but not like this.

The item description is incorrect and should be corrected. The hose, pressure regulating valve and base frame are not included in the scope of delivery.
The connection is a gas thread. I had to order the corresponding hose and pressure-reducing valve separately. I assembled it last Sunday, connected it to the gas cylinder and cooked a wonderful paella.
After my complaint that the burner was delivered without a hose, pressure regulating valve and base, I was told that I had realised this too late. Although this was described in the product description when I placed my order.
The description was later changed back to "with".
This is obviously an attempt to mislead buyers.

After opening the parcel this weekend, I can confirm that the burner was delivered without a connection pipe and without a regulator.

The description says that it is supplied without a connecting hose. However, I ordered the standard hose at the same time. I need it regularly. If you have a gas barbecue, you can also use this hose. It has the same connection!

Can confirm Thomas' statement. In my case at least the base frame was supplied free of charge because the description said it was included. This has since been corrected.
