Hello, I have carried out a USB update on the DMX5020DABS. 1st pass MCU - OK 2nd pass ARM - restart black display. Reset without success. Any ideas ? 1 year warranty left .

Had the same problem..sent it in. problem could not be solved any other way. was annoying. because, you have to remove it again:(
