Hello, An electrician installed a three-phase (red CEE) 16 A × 3 phase socket for me. However, when I plug in my portable charger (maximum advertised capacity: 11 kW), the power displayed is only about 3.6 kW at 16 A. Is this normal? I was expecting more power with a three-phase installation. Thanks in advance for any clarification.
