Question about Gardena RollUp

Hello Can someone from the community tell me how far the earth spike goes or has to go into the ground to make it stable? As an example: If I put up a tent in the front garden, the pegs are sometimes difficult to sink. (Under the front garden is the underground car park / only a little soil). I hope you understand what I mean. Thank you for your answers...

It's 40.6cm

I suggest another solution: Buy a parasol holder (stone approx. 40 kg) and the rollup is fixed perfectly. We also display it like this in some DIY stores.

I still owe you an answer. The length of the spit is not indicated on the packaging box. For this reason, I can only give you the estimate from the previous message. 30 cm is definitely too short.

I'll have a look at the operating instructions.

Then it fits less. I estimate it has a length of 50 to 60 cm. 30 cm is too little to turn it into the ground.

Hello
We have screwed this earth spike all the way into the ground. The roller box with the hose is quite heavy. I think it might not hold otherwise. Hope this information has helped. A top product 👌
