Bosch 18V batteries are not directly compatible with Metabo 18V tools without a special adapter. Adapters are available that allow Bosch 18V batteries to be used with Metabo 18V tools, but they are not compatible with all versions of Metabo, particularly those sold under the Metabo HPT brand in North America.
