How do you get 11Kw from a conventional CH household socket? They are only designed for about 2.3kw...

That doesn't work. In addition, the Juice Booster (at least for me) is limited to 8 amps with the Swiss plug, so you get a maximum of 1.8 kW. With the Schuko 10A (2.3 kW) is possible.

Yes, this is not possible with a "normal" socket.
An industrial socket (CEE 16 A, three-phase, 400 V) can be used to charge with a charging capacity of up to 11 kW. However, a car must also be able to charge three-phase.
