I currently have a 50m but 15mm pipe (old and with several holes). I would like to upgrade to this 35m but 13mm. What is the pressure like?

According to Bernoulli's principle, when the diameter of a pipe decreases, the speed of the fluid passing through it increases and the pressure decreases.
But having 15mm and 13mm pipes, with a water pressure of between 3 and 6 bars, I can't see any difference.
