I do need 2 carriers. Are 2 also included in the price?

Hi, now I'm a little confused. The product description states that 2 roof racks are required for installation.
Are the 2 roof racks shown in the last two pictures now included and is direct mounting possible or not?

So in the package are two of the pictured carriers and these are also lockable. I have them too and am very satisfied!
