I have an Audi with tyres dimension 255/55 R20, that should fit as well, because it fits tyres that are wider and almost the same height but R19 etc. 275/40 R20, 235/55 R19, 255/50 R19, 255/45 R20.
Does anyone here know about this? I don't want to get stuck at the Gotthard...;.)

Hello Christophe, I have the "chains" on 235.55.19 on a GLC, have now had them mounted during the snowfall in Ticino.... they work fine... But they are not chains... You have to use a lot of force to mount them on the described size... I would be careful if the diameter is not the same. 
if the diameter is bigger it won't fit.... because also the clasp has mega tension...
