I have been using the Goat for a few weeks now and rarely have any problems with the RTK antenna or with the connection from the Goat to the RTK. A few days ago, I was given the opportunity to receive a free power supply unit via the app. I received the power supply unit within 2 days. However, my Goat did not come with an extra power supply unit for the antenna.

I also have the A1600 RTK. I didn't receive a power supply unit for the RTK either. I ordered the power supply a month ago after a message in the app (via the app) but haven't received anything yet. It's a shame what Ecovacs is doing here!

We have also been using the A1600 for about 2-3 weeks. Everything ran smoothly for the first week. Since then, the message "Position deviation detected" appears again and again, although the position of the RTK antenna has not been moved. After remapping, it works 1-2 times until the problem occurs again. We did not include a separate power supply unit. We reported the problem to In-App Support 3 days ago and have not heard anything since.
We have not yet been offered a free power supply unit to possibly solve the problem. According to Galaxus, we should send the robot in for repair.
