I just put the navigation system into operation and every time I switch it off, the configuration is lost. I save every setting every time. Am I doing something wrong or does the sat nav have a problem? Thanks in advance

Have you done all the updates? If not, you could initialise the browser with the factory settings. It is also possible to use the Garmin Drive app from a smartphone for synchronisation. But which settings are not saved?
