I ordered and paid for this product over a month ago. The order summary says "dispatched" on 13/05/2014 Where exactly is this wiper blade and why is it taking so long to arrive? Thank you GALAXUS for the clarification.

I contacted customer service 6 days ago and was advised to wait for the current delivery date (10/06/2024).
Since this date has already been postponed several times, even after I found the order as "dispatched" in my overview and also paid, this delivery date has now been postponed again today. New date between 17.06. and 19.06.
I hope it's understandable that this doesn't really suit me, so I'm asking Digitec/Galaxus to clarify with the retailer why this delay has occurred.
The arrival of the product is eagerly awaited.
