I would like a licence-free (600) W balcony solar system. As the balcony is poorly orientated and partially shaded, I would need at least 1600 WP and preferably 2000 WP solar panels. I would also like to be able to operate a 500 W fan heater directly without a feed-in. What system components are suitable and recommended for this? Primarily, the solar storage tank should be charged and only fed into the grid when full.
