I would like to connect a lamp to this converter where the US manufacturer refers to 120 volts and light bulbs that are operated with 60 watts. Will this work?

Hi, according to the packaging of the device it holds 30W continuous load or 45W for max one hour. I had the device for a week and mine broke after about 3-5 hours of use. But I think the load for a small motor was too high and possibly higher than that for a lamp.
