In case someone like me has mounted the wheels incorrectly: There is a hole on the wheels (on the outside) which is "closed". It has to be drilled out and then you can remove the wheel!

Hello I would contact the manufacturer directly, but I believe it is a click mechanism, which means that once it is in, it cannot be removed.
