In my experience of 10 months using the product it absolutely does my water boiler was spotless for months! It's incredible. Now replacing the cartridge for the first time because I started noticing minor deposits so the filtering is getting less effective (daily use in the kitchen)

According to our information, this is unfortunately not the case.
