Is the Noco X-Connect adapter for the Noco Boost X45 suitable as an extension cable for the battery terminals? Or can the battery clamps also be used with the cable supplied with the Noco Genius 5EU battery charger? Are the accessories for the X series booster & the Genius battery charger compatible?

hmm... I don't see the point of the question: the boost should be connected to the battery terminals as short as possible for jump-starting (reason: voltage drop and strong heating of the rather tightly dimensioned cables) Possibly use classic jumper cables as an extension? Caution: risk of short circuit!
