Yes, the pipe does not go out of the wall connection. So the diagram is not correct. Height is 110. There is some wiggle room inside the wall mounts. One side upper wall mount has a screw connection so the pipe gets stabilized by turning into the upper wall mount. It is chrome plated steel.
