It says the stand is not included - but this is the decisive factor that I can turn the umbrella 360 degrees with the floor button, isn't it? Is there also no crank included because it says with a sliding mechanism?
Everything is included. Only the stone plates are not included. The floor button is included and the shade can be rotated 360°. The crank is also included.
