Question about Segway-Navimow i105E
My mower is on the lawn because of satellite reception. Now it refuses to mow the lawn around the charging station. According to the manufacturer, this area within a radius of approx. 0.5 metres must be mowed manually. If I'm not at home for a few weeks, he can't get out of the long grass ?! Is there a way to get round this? Or do I have to wait for a firmware update?
The mower does not work with grass that is too high, so if you are away for a few weeks, its aim is to mow regularly in your absence to avoid this kind of problem ;-)
It is not very favourable if the lawn mower is placed ON the lawn. Try to position the satellite receiver just outside the lawn. Normally, the receiver will work even if the position is not optimal.
