Since the box is tapered like the XL version, how long is the box at the bottom? I assume it is 46cm at the top.

I measure the lid at 22.5x45.5cm and the base at approx. 17.5x40cm, the height is 24.7cm.
The lid holds firmly on the box and the recess also allows a plant placed on it to be watered carelessly without filling the box with water.
