The enclosed note says that before you connect the device to a T13 socket, you must reduce the charging power in the Ecoflow app from 2900 watts to a maximum of 2300 watts. So I don't see that anywhere in the app?

The charging power in Delta 2 (app) is limited to a maximum of 1200 W.
Perhaps the app needs an update?
