The product arrived this week. Unfortunately, when I wanted to use it, it was equipped with a DE plug and not a CH plug. As described above in the specifications, there should at least be an adapter. But this is not the case. Did something go wrong?

It was the same for me. Galaxus is obliged to deliver the device with a Swiss plug. Or at least with an adapter. Write to Galaxus and tell them to supply you with the adapter.
@Galaxus finally delivers your products with a Swiss plug, as you must!
