If you include both products in the comparison list, you can compare all the information with each other. To understand the essential difference, however, specialist knowledge is required...
Simply put, the "Eco Home Europe" has a component (something like a residual current circuit breaker and an additional interface) that should be installed externally by a specialist when installing the cheaper product (this is what I was told by the electrician). It may even be that the electricity provider, the company from which you get your electricity, does not approve the installation of the "simple" Home Eco. So it's worth investing a little more and then really having "plug 'n' play".
