The suction power for the EU version is 1200W, for the CH version 1400W.
In addition, the EU version is only declared as a "dry vacuum cleaner" with 0.02l/s air flow.
The CH version is described as a "wet-dry vacuum cleaner" with an air volume of 70l/s.

I don't know if this is a mistake in the description, maybe ask Kärcher directly.
I have the CH version and am satisfied so far.
