Why is an adapter for Switzerland not provided? I have read that by buying it separately many people melt. Why do you sell products that do not work properly in Switzerland?

The built-in CEE 7/7 type protective contact plug can be used for continuous charging at 16 amps (no risk of overheating), which makes sense if you are travelling around Europe and need to charge.
Due to their design, the CH adapters with T12 plugs are actually only designed for continuous operation at 10 amps. It is therefore important that the charging power on the LogiLink Mobile EV charging station is limited to a maximum of 10 amps. If you charge continuously at 13 or even 16 amps with a T12 plug, you risk overheating and damaging the electrical installation.

just change the plug for a T23 (https://www.galaxus.ch/fr/s4/product/steffen-bouchon-de-montage-tpe-t23-ip55-type-23-prise-connecteur-14104903)
Personally, with the adaptor, there's no problem with "melting" when charging at 16A for hours on end (and in reality it doesn't go up to 16A).
