It is also necessary to have uniform backlighting for biological investigations, such as water samples. With the polarizing microscopes (AM-413ZT, AM-412NZT, or AD-413ZT), you can utilize the built-in polarizing filter. Rotate the wheel at the front and observe your samples in polarized light as well.
