It can be used for monitoring production lines in a manufacturing environment, observing living organisms in a laboratory setting, or any other application involving fast-moving objects. The AM3713TB features a very high refresh rate of 60 fps. The stroboscopic light mode can be turned on and off. The stroboscopic technology is effective at distances between 3 cm and 15 cm and in low ambient light conditions. It works best with lighting of less than 20 LUX and is not effective above 80 LUX.
