The Bristol Scout is a perfectly crafted wooden kit made with laser-cut technology. The wings, constructed using the rib-and-spar method, ensure quick and secure assembly. The precisely laser-cut wooden parts fit together like a puzzle and can be glued using either white glue or super glue. The box-shaped fuselage with distinctive fittings guarantees a lightweight and stable construction. The well-detailed building plan, complemented by a comprehensive step-by-step description with over 300 construction photos, answers all questions regarding assembly. Therefore, the Bristol Scout is also well-suited for beginners in wooden model building. The handy model, with a wingspan of 950 mm, is easy to transport when assembled. The model is primarily designed for electric propulsion but can also be equipped with a combustion engine at your discretion. We recommend using a fabric covering, such as Oracover Antique film, for the covering. The model flies well, but some flying experience with aileron-controlled models is advisable.
