Wine culture in Italy: In a vineyard in Tuscany, players skillfully deploy their workers and helpful visitors to keep the production and sale of their wines running smoothly. Viticulture is a worker placement game with a touch of luck, which is consistently entertaining thanks to the diverse visitor cards (event cards) that ensure a fun game night. The Essential Edition of Viticulture includes the base game along with some elements from the Tuscany expansion, providing an easy entry point into the game.

Visit from the Rheingau includes 40 new summer visitors and 40 new winter visitors as an expansion, which can be used as alternatives to the existing cards. With the new cards, fewer victory points are earned in the game, reinforcing the focus on grape growing and fulfilling orders.
