Insert - For a Feast for Odin
The insert is compatible with A Feast for Odin and the Lofoten, Orkney, and Tierra del Fuego mini-expansion. The design offers both efficient storage and an improved gameplay experience, as all inserts can be used during the game. They significantly enhance the setup and teardown phases. There is enough space for all cards to be sleeved.
The insert is designed to utilize the black plastic trays that come with the game, which store the remaining game components. In the top layer of the trays, the square island board tiles in the bottom right corner serve as lids for the trays below. There is space allocated for the two island tiles from the expansion.
There are compartments for storing the game coins, with the large and small coin values divided into two sections. Another compartment is designated for storing the special tiles as well as the longship and knarr tiles.
There are two trays for the wooden resource pieces. The wooden tiles are separated into two distinct compartments. The card compartments provide enough space for the cards to be sleeved. Additionally, there are separate compartments for crew decks A, B, and C, as well as for the weapon cards.
There are four compartments for the player figures, meaning each player can take their compartment to use during the game. The other two smaller compartments are for the whaling boats and other game pieces.
To ensure everything fits neatly, some care is required when packing the box under the insert. When packing the box, the plastic trays should be placed first, followed by the building boards and mountain strips stacked vertically on the right.
