Insert - For Terra Mystica and the Expansion: Fire and Ice

The insert is compatible with Terra Mystica and the Fire and Ice expansion. The design offers both efficient storage and an enhanced gaming experience. Many of the compartments can be used during the game, significantly facilitating setup and cleanup. The insert is divided into three levels.

There are trays for the faction pieces that fill the bottom level of the insert. There is one for each of the nine factions, and they have a divider to separate the larger buildings from the smaller pieces. There are trays for the favor tokens, terrain tiles, bonus cards, and action overview tokens. The favor tokens are arranged with a separate compartment for each of the four cults to streamline gameplay. The terrain tiles are stored vertically and at an angle, allowing for quick sorting to find the required type.

There are compartments for coins, workers, power tokens, and action markers. The last two compartments are designated for other game tokens and pieces. As mentioned, the compartments can be used during the game to organize components and facilitate access for all players.

The game boards and rules are placed on top of the compartments and serve as a lid, allowing the game to be stored vertically. First come the game rules, followed by the main game board, faction boards, and cult board. Finally, the turn order board and the fabric bag are placed on top.

The insert is designed to accommodate four faction boards and the cult board. Adding a fifth faction board raises the lid of the box by two millimeters. This way, the game can be packed for an outing and transported safely and organized.
