Each player receives an equal number of sticks. Players take turns rolling the dice and placing the sticks into the hole that corresponds to the number rolled. If the space is already occupied, the stick must be picked up. If a six is rolled, the stick can disappear into the hole in the center of the lid. The first player to have no sticks left is the winner.
