Particular attention was paid to detail fidelity in the development of this Piper L4 Grasshopper. The result is a beautiful Piper L4 that impresses especially with its excellent flying characteristics. The model is perfectly suited for electric propulsion, but it can also be equipped with a combustion engine with a displacement of approximately 7.5 - 11.0 cc. The Piper L4 Grasshopper features many innovative attributes. On the fuselage side, there is a large, double-opening (magnetic) door construction for easy access, for example, for battery changes. The standard landing gear is modeled after the original. If the model is to be flown on unpaved runways, larger wheels can be mounted at any time.
