In 2023, PIKO presents the elegantly designed BR 93.0 in the livery of the Deutsche Reichsbahn-Gesellschaft from Era II. Special attention was given to accurately depicting the specific features of the original model. Notable details include the rod buffers and the replicas of the gas lamps. The handrails at the front and cab, as well as the numerous pipes, are mounted free-standing, making the BR 93.0 of the DRG a true gem. In the sound version, the locomotive comes factory-equipped with a PIKO sound decoder, including a speaker and a smoke generator.
