It has been available since 1 June, but only exclusively in the Lego Store. Therefore, it "can" already be rated. However, the price is astronomical!!!! For 439 (!!!!) It has certain small parts that have a strong colour deviation. LEGO has had this problem of colour deviations for years and will probably never be able to eliminate it completely.

The differential gear has probably been installed the wrong way round. The differential gear is the grey gear with three small gears mounted on it.

Normally the booklets are in several languages. If it is only in German, you can always download it in French from the manufacturer's website.
That depends on how you order. Normally the sets are new. However, it is sometimes also possible to buy secondhand sets. These are then labelled as "used".
I bought the set at Galaxus for 299.- Fr. and am very satisfied in all respects.
