Yes, it is a usable wheel that is attached with a safety pin. However, to remove the adapter from the wheel, you need a fine Phillips screwdriver.

It is possible to repair or reinforce certain plastic or metal parts with two-component epoxy resin. The battery is a 2S Lipo (with 2 x 3.7=7.4 volts). Any 2S lipo charger will fit, i.e. one that has a connection for 2S (2 wires on the charging cable from the battery, i.e. 7.4V).
