Arocs by Mercedes under licence from LEGO (the second model after the Unimog) impresses with its enormous number of individual parts, the thick building instructions and the logical building phases. A lot of parts in grey tones, even nostalgic people will be pleased, as there are a few parts from the very first Technics kits. (The sharp-edged, angular parts)

Recommendable, beautiful LEGO model
The building instructions are demanding, but very easy to understand and beautifully presented. The model has great functions and - in terms of scale - fits in well with the other models (e.g. VOLVO wheel loader or CLAAS tractor). I definitely had a lot of fun and am happy to recommend the model to others.

Ingenious model. The assembly is explained step by step. Only the hydraulics are a fiddly affair.

A really very sophisticated model with many impressive real details, be it the multi-axle steering or the suspension.
Absolutely recommendable but also very complex the only negative thing about this model is again the overloaded with control on the model instead of RC but this can be retrofittedPro

A spectacular thing for Lego Technic freaks
Our 9-year-old saved up the Arocs himself and assembled it in 3 days without any help. He is thrilled with how the Arocs works and what it can do. You should have a little technical understanding and then also take the necessary care when playing.
Large, sophisticated Lego Technic model with many functions
Quite large, appealing and detailed Lego Technic model. Many manual functions such as sprung axles, steering on two axles, engine block. Motorised functions (trough, pneumatic grab crane) work well. Set contains many pneumatic parts: 4 pistons, motorised pump, valves, (much) hose.

However, the lower crane cylinder has a little too little power to lift the crane (without additional weight).
The assembly is comprehensible, but sometimes you have to look very carefully where the parts go.
