These CNC-machined aluminum servo arms are connected to the servo not only via a mounting screw from above but also with a hex screw from the side. This screw clamps and secures the servo arm onto the output shaft, ensuring maximum hold. Another advantage is that it is now 100% play-free when connected to the servo, resulting in a more direct actuation and relieving the gearbox. The number of teeth is laser-engraved as a number or abbreviation for easy identification of the type later on.

Since an aluminum servo horn is significantly stiffer than a plastic arm, all commands are executed much more directly and precisely. Additionally, it is naturally much more robust than the plastic servo arms that are usually standard.
