Drive unit of the integrated servo drive Lexium 32i. This integrated servo drive offers a modular concept consisting of a drive unit, control unit, and connection modules, which can be assembled according to the respective applications. The BMI drive unit consists of the servo motor and the associated power stage. The maximum standstill torque of the servo motor is 2.24 Nm. A single-phase power connection with 110-120/200-240 VAC supplies the servo, for which the power connection module VW3M9001 is required. The dimensions of the motor flange for mounting are 70 mm. The end of the motor shaft is smooth and designed for protection class IP54, while the motor housing is designed for IP65. The servo motor consists of 2 power stages. The built-in Sin/Cos Hiperface absolute encoder is implemented as a multiturn with 16 periods per revolution (32768 points/rev x 4096 revolutions). There is no holding brake. Thanks to the Green Premium environmental label, you can obtain detailed information about material contents, environmental impacts, and circular economy that support your sustainability goals.
