The original Group B rally monster dominated the WRC in the 1983 season and brought Lancia the constructors' championship title. Tamiya brings back the model with the top detailed plastic body as a reissue on the TA02-S chassis. The body of the Lancia 037 is included in plastic (white), with additional add-on parts for mirrors, wipers, auxiliary headlights, etc. The interior is provided with a cockpit, complete with driver and passenger figure, including dashboard.
The TA02-S short wheelbase chassis is a cardan-driven 4WD tub chassis, equipped with cone differential in the front and ball differential in the rear. The 4 wheels are individually suspended and sprung on CVA oil shocks. The included stickersheet as well as the front bumper have been redesigned. A TBLE-02S speed controller and a Type 540 motor are also included. Required colors (not included): PS-1 White (for body), PS-31 Smoke window tint (for body), TS-26 Pure White (for mirrors and spoiler).
