Normal turnout decoders are designed for connecting turnouts with dual-coil drives. To control motorized turnouts, a special adapter is required. This is not necessary with the WD-34.M. It can directly control up to 4 motorized turnouts (with or without end stops). To ensure that no outputs remain unused, it can also control turnouts with dual-coil drives, semaphore signals with dual-coil drives, or uncouplers.
