The DigiMicro Lab 5.0 is ideal for microscopic examination of objects of all kinds and, thanks to specialized software, is also suitable for precise measurement of distances, areas, angles, and radii of enlarged items with a resolution down to micrometers (1 µm = 1/1000 mm). Equipped with 8 white LEDs, the microscope magnifies up to 500 times, capturing even the smallest details in images or videos. The integrated 5-megapixel camera (12 million pixels interpolated) provides sharp images of the enlarged object. The zoom button allows for direct enlargement of image details on the TFT color monitor and playback of videos.

Thanks to the integrated 8.9 cm (3.5 inch) TFT color display, the DigiMicro Lab 5.0 can be used largely independently of a PC with its rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Like a conventional digital camera, the DigiMicro Lab 5.0 saves the captured photographs directly to a MicroSD memory card at the press of a button. The images can then be transferred to a computer or laptop via the USB 2.0 connection. An AV output allows for image viewing on a television or projector.
