Snip-snap – the roof is off! Naturally, with the due care of the model makers at WIKING. This is how the miniature traditionalists transform the legendary DKW Coupe into a stylish convertible – in dark iron gray with a beautiful red cover and whitewall tires. This is what the convertible dream of the late fifties looked like. The roof was carefully detached from the coupe model before the body was painted in iron gray. Subsequently, WIKING fitted the appropriate interior onto the existing chassis of the DKW, and the glazing of the Mercedes-Benz 220 Ponton convertible was inserted accordingly. Some components just need their time before they come together.
