The cabin and flatbed are gray-blue. The fenders and the lower part of the cabin, as well as the chassis with the drive shaft, are carmine red. The silver radiator grille is complemented by silvered front headlights below it. The flatbed inserts are silver-gray, and the interior is black. The tarpaulins are window gray. The vehicle number "135" is displayed on the sides of the cabin. The front of the cabin features the inscription "Schmidt," while the sides of the flatbed display "Schmidt Spedition" along with a light blue stripe underneath. The rear has the inscription "Schmidt" with a running light blue stripe below it.

And now the little brother: The MB NG once drove for the Gevelsberg shipping company Schmidt and was known as a guarantee for the timely delivery of bulky goods. WIKING miniaturizes the front-steering vehicle from the seventies, providing another short-distance counterpart to the already known long-distance combination. It is one of the major traditional companies in the logistics industry: Ernst Schmidt founded the eponymous shipping company in Gevelsberg in 1893. The first branches were opened in Hamburg in 1953 and then in Bremen in 1954. The first export group transports to Europe and the Middle East began in the mid-sixties. By the eighties, the fleet – including the Büssing BS 16 and the MAN Pausbacke – already comprised around 70 vehicles.
