The International Harvester Loadstar is one of those WIKING classics that, at its launch over 40 years ago, didn't quite excite anyone. This is somewhat undeserved, though understandable from the perspective of that time. For the German viewer, the model's new American cab with its stocky appearance seemed a bit strange, as the International Harvester was a front-steering vehicle exclusively of American design. Nevertheless, WIKING needed this model based on American standards to supply the international markets with a typical market model. WIKING presents the "IH" truck in the previously unknown box version. In the design of "Carstens Caffee," it can impress in the spirit of the stylized coffee bean. The cab and box with box doors are beige, while the chassis and box roof are chocolate brown. The interior is fawn brown. The grille is silver. The rims are chocolate brown. The front "International" logo is silver. On the cab doors, there is a two-line inscription "Kaffee-Lagerei-Gesellschaft C. Carstens & Cons mbH" in chocolate brown. The box side features decorative stripes and the inscription "Carstens Caffee" in chocolate brown and orange brown. The front grille is hand-painted with headlights and red taillights.
