The Flubo flying boat can be flown and landed on land, water, snow and ice. Hand launches and even ground launches are possible without any problems. The Flubo model is supplied with a real 2.4Ghz remote control (no infrared!) and has a flight mode for A=beginner (high flight stabilisation with low control impulses) and B=advanced with less flight stabilisation and stronger control impulses. Flight speed and rate of climb are controlled using the throttle stick, turns are controlled using the other stick. The two flight motors are controlled to different degrees, which leads to cornering flight. The model is easy to control thanks to the excellent, integrated flight stabilisation. 4. Multiplex loopi free flight model
It looks like the successful model Fox, but it can do more than its predecessor. The Loopi performs rapid loops or long glides, depending on how you insert the tailplane into the fuselage. Made from crash-resistant particle foam, the Loopi is nearly indestructible. The model comes in an attractive, sturdy box, providing good protection during transport. The system features a beginner and an advanced mode. In beginner mode, stalling the model is not possible (no loops, etc.). When switched to advanced mode, loops and stalling become easily achievable. The flight behavior of the Skyrunner V3 is very forgiving, allowing newcomers to immerse themselves in the world of model flying.
A long flight time combined with good gliding characteristics ensures uninterrupted flying fun, and the durable EPP material guarantees the model's longevity. Should the landing be a bit rough, that's not a problem either. The material can withstand a lot, the electronics are positioned far back in the fuselage, and the motor is mounted at the rear. The material can easily be reassembled with, for example, Styrofoam glue.
7. Amewi AMXflight P40 Fighter
The Amewi Edition of the Curtiss P-40 Warhawk is a scale replica in true-to-the-original paint scheme that combines perfect flight characteristics (6G for beginners, 3D for advanced pilots) with state-of-the-art technology. The model is controlled by all axes (aileron, elevator, sideways, motor) and is self-stabilizing (gyro) in 6G mode. This stabilization prevents the aircraft from stalling and allows only a limited angle, so loops, rolls or inverted flight are not possible in this setting. However, if switched to 3D mode by means of the high-quality 2.4 GHz transmitter, it is also suitable for dynamic aerobatics. All described standard maneuvers are then possible without any problems. If something does go wrong in the air, the P-40 can be switched back to 6G mode at the touch of a button and immediately resumes a stable flight attitude (rescue function). In addition to these features, the model is equipped with a receiver board that allows operation with e.g. Futaba or other 5 V S-Bus receivers as well as DSM receivers with a 3 V output. Thus, the model is not dependent on the supplied remote control, but can alternatively be used with an existing transmitter.
